Modular ATPL (A) Theory and Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) courses

ATPL (A) Theory

This course is intended for commercial pilots who already hold an EASA Part-FCL Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL A) with instrument rating (IR) and wish to obtain an Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL A). In view of its modular nature, the theory part of SAT’s integrated ATPL course can be completed separately in two six-week modules. The modules, which are offered at the SAT Training Center in Kloten (near Zurich Airport), are conducted in German and English and cover all the relevant topics. The comprehensive coaching by our experienced instructors provides the best possible preparation for the corresponding examination, which is conducted under the supervision of the Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA).

Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC)

This course is intended for airlines wishing to qualify their pilots for multi-crew operations. The course consists of classroom instruction, computer-based training (CBT) and practical flight training on a Beechcraft King Air B200 simulator, and is conducted at the SAT Training Center in Kloten (near Zurich Airport).
