Web Based Training

The Fuel Tank Safety Training is a web-based training solution for Maintenance Personnel as required by European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and other authorities. The course is offered as a familiarization (level 1) or detailed training (level 2).

The Level 1 Familiarization Training is designed for maintenance management and quality personnel. The attendants learn typical terms, the basic elements of the fuel tank safety issues including the required description of the historical background and all elements related to safety.

The Level 2 Detailed Training meets the requirements for personnel involved in management and review of the continuing airworthiness of aircraft and personnel required to plan, perform, supervise, inspect and certify the maintenance of the affected aircraft and fuel system components. This training includes all Level 1 topics, emphasizes the technical issue but also includes the other required subjects. This course includes stage checks to monitor the learning progress and an on-line test with multiple choice questions at the end. The Diploma will be issued after completing the course and passing the final test.

As the training will be presented on a generic level, an additional introduction into the real application for the aircraft types in use shall be added by the customer.

For Fuel Tank Safety Level 1 the diploma will be issued after completing the course. To be able to request the diploma, at least 97% of the course has to be completed. The diploma can be printed directly, or on a later stage be accessed via the report function of the Learning Management System.

The course can be booked as well with a hand signed diploma, instead of the automatic generated printable diploma, for a small additional fee. The diploma will be sent after the end of the active days, when the course has been completed sucessfully.

For Fuel Tank Safety Level 2 the diploma will be sent by mail at the end of the course duration, if the course has been finished successfully (minimum 97%) and the examination has been passed.

The course login will be active for 7 consecutive days after the login has been sent. If the automatic diploma is requested, the active cycle will be disabled as well.
