Swiss AviationTraining offers human factors CRM training for various phases within its pilot-, cabin crew and maintenance technical training programme. Depending on the content concerned, these training elements are either integrated into further training elements (safety, medical and emergency training) or offered as separate training modules; and depending on the customer’s wishes, they can be offered as standard units based closely on JAR and EU requirements, respectively EASA requirements, or as more extensive units expanded to incorporate the customer’s additional training needs.
