Content Service Training - Cabin Crew (independent of aircraft type) - Economy, Business and First Class workflows for the aircraft type(s) concerned, respectively for shorthaul and longhaul flights - inflight non-food items - food and drink: gastronomy and wines - inflight duty-free sales - flight duties and rest times - appearance and behaviour in uniform (make-up, behavioural dos and don’ts) - passenger care (passenger profiles, customer-minded actions and communications, frequent flyer programmes) - knowledge of cultural and religious backgrounds (Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism) - airline-specific expertise (e.g. Hub Zurich, suppliers, sales and marketing, other key interfaces), if desired.
Content Service Training - Senior Cabin Crew (independent of aircraft type) - leadership, communications and conflict management - conducting efficient crew briefings - conducting performance reviews - making inflight announcements - appreciating the customer (intensifying customer communications, social skills) - background information on the company and its home operating base, if desired by the customer airline - basic knowledge of business economics, if desired by the customer airline.
