Train the TrainerSwiss AviationTraining offers Train The Trainer (TTT) training which is designed to prepare future trainers and instructors for the tasks and duties ahead. Our TTT courses will help participants strengthen and refine their presentational abilities in front of an audience, at meetings and elsewhere, and help them acquire and develop all the further skills they need to instruct adult trainees. On successfully completing their TTT course, participants will be awarded a certificate of proficiency from the Swiss Federation for Adult Learning (SVEB). Please contact us if you would like further information on admission requirements, tailored modules and/or fees. Target participantsOur course is geared to both trainers and instructors who teach in the classroom and those who work with various training equipment and devices. The three course components also provide a valuable basic grounding in the trainer/instructor’s profession and work. And for trainers and instructors with more extensive teaching experience, the course offers a chance to expand and deepen their expertise and try out new approaches and techniques in a “safe” and supportive environment.
