Swiss AviationTraining is recognised as a Flying Training Organisation and a Part-147 Maintenance Training Organisation, and is also EduQua-certificated for its further training activities. That’s why so many reputed airlines have been making use of our expertise and experience for so many years to meet their training needs. Swiss AviationTraining has also adopted a quality management system, to maintain and further enhance its high training quality standards.

With Swiss AviationTraining's FOCA-licensed quality management instructors, we also pass on our expertise in this field to other theory and practice-oriented Flying Training Organisations. Swiss AviationTraining offers the following two module programmes:

Module 1: Establishing a quality management system
We can advise you on establishing your own quality management system which:
-  complies with all the norms and guidelines deriving from your
company’s strategic aims and ambitions and
-  meets all the Joint Aviation Requirements (JARs) and EASA
requirements for training pilots, cabin crew members and licensed
maintenance personnel (EU-OPS, JAR-FCL, EASA Part-147).

We will also assist and advise you on:
- defining your company’s quality goals, guidelines and strategy
- adopting a process-based approach and “best practice” methods
to create and maintain high quality and reliability standards
- evaluating and developing quality assessment and quality control
techniques
- organising in-house actions to enhance quality levels
- promoting a corporate culture that gives quality a high priority
- establishing and conducting companywide staff training on quality
management issues and concerns.

Module 2: Compiling operating and training manuals in accordance with JAA and EASA requirements
The provision of effective operating and training manuals is a key prerequisite to certification by the Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

We can help you:
- identify the information that needs to be covered by your
operating and training manuals
- define all the duties and responsibilities of the personnel
concerned
- specify the qualifications, performance standards and training
levels required

procedures
