Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS)
Web Based Training

The Electrical Wiring Interconnection System EWIS Training is a web-based training solution for Maintenance Personnel as required by European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and other authorities.

The content is based on EASA AMC 20-22 and FAA AC120-94. The course is offered in different Levels, depending on the Target Group (see list below).

This course is targeted at each person according to his target group. After training, the person is able to properly evaluate the EWIS and effectively use the manufacturers Chapter 20 Wiring System overhaul manual for that aeroplane. The training programme must include: wiring system condition, applicable repair schemes, wiring modifications and ancillary repairs to wiring systems and components. All of the training components are integrated to maintain wiring system quality and airworthiness of the aeroplane.

This course includes stage checks to monitor the learning progress and an on-line test with multiple choice questions at the end. The Diploma will be issued after completing the course.

As the training will be presented on a generic level, an additional introduction into the real application for the aircraft types in use shall be added by the customer.

The diploma will be issued after completing the course. To be able to request the diploma, at least 97% of the course has to be completed. The diploma can be printed directly, or on a later stage be accessed via the report function of the Learning Management System.

The course can be booked as well with a hand signed diploma, instead of the automatic generated printable diploma, for a small additional fee. The diploma will be sent after the end of the active days, when the course has been completed successfully.

The course login will be active for 7 consecutive days after the login has been sent. If the automatic diploma is requested, the active cycle will be disabled as well.

There's a new option for a 2-3 hours Refresher Recurrent Course
